Partnering with health plans, DUOS is a supplemental benefits company specializing in helping older adults with completing important health screenings as well as receive support for critical social needs such as food, transportation and financial assistance.

As the only product designer of an early startup, my work covered a broad range of projects, but primarily focused on improving account activation and digital engagement, elevating the design system and streamlining the service fulfillment of the consumer-facing experience.
